What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To start a return, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before movement is reflected on the travel history.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently, we do not have a physical store. However, we do offer free shipping and free returns, so you can try our products risk-free. Please refer to our Return page and follow the instructions. 

We have a showroom located in Richmond, BC, where you can preview the items before making a purchase.

Can I use my own Tabletop?

For Motion Series, Yes. Motion Series allows flexibility in desktop choices, provided the table is drill-able. Ensure the tabletop falls within dimensions of 44" to 80" in width and 27" to 36" in depth for optimal stability.


For Ergo 2 Series, No.  Ergo 2 Series is exclusively compatible with our designated Ergo 2 Series tabletops at the moment.

How do I care for the desk?

Care instructions for each product are also listed on the product page. Please follow the care instructions to ensure the longevity of your product.

Can I see the product in other colors?

If the product is available in other colors, they will be listed on the product page.

Do your standing desks accommodate really tall users?

All of our standing desks are designed for the average height and build, and they come with adjustability features to accommodate various heights.

Between your Ergo 2 Series and Motion Series standing desks, which is the better option?

Both our Ergo 2 Series and Motion Series desks are engineered with Top Quality and a wide range of features. We recommend that you base your choice on your specific needs. 


Our Ergo 2 Series standing desk is designed for the budget-conscious, with a two-segmented steel frame. On the other hand, our Motion Series Dual Motor standing desk is our most premium and best-reviewed standing desk, engineered with dual German Bosch motors and three-segmented steel frame for sturdiness at all heights.

Do you offer installment payment options?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

No, we currently DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide your complete and accurate shipping address to avoid any delays in delivery.
